Agents Referring Sellers
As a full service brokerage, we understand the importance of cooperation between agents in selling real estate. Real estate auctions offer an intense marketing campaign and competitive bidding process that can benefit both you and your client.
Eliminate the time spent with indecisive buyers or those who are "just looking". The competition of between potential buyers often results in offers being submitted prior to auction day.
We offer 3% commissions to agents referring sellers. The commission is paid based on the closed sales price before the buyer premium is added.
Your relationship with your client is very important to us and will be protected. We are here to work with you to sell real estate.
Remember, auctions produce multiple willing buyers who are still in the market, for the type of property being sold, if they are not the winning bidder. Now that we know what they want to buy and how much they are willing to spend, let's work on helping those buyers find a property also.
If you have a client or listing that you feel may benefit from a real estate auction, give us a call at (850) 522-8955.

Agents Representing Buyers
We always welcome agent participation in our auctions and pre-sales. Real estate auctions can be a good place for your buyer to find property at a bargain price. Buyer's agents can earn up to 30% of the buyer premium for registering a client who is the winning bidder.
There are several criteria for agents to earn a commission for representing a buyer.
- You must register your client at least 24 hours prior to the beginning of the auction.
- For live events, you must attend all showings, the auction, and the contract signing with your customer.
- The Broker Participation Form must accompany all Sealed Bids and be received at least 24 hours prior to your customer placing a bid in an Online Auction.
- You must hold an Active real estate license for the state in which the subject property is located.
- Your customer will be required to state their opening bid when registering.
- Your customer must be the winning bidder, fully execute the sales contract with all attachments, and successfully close on the property.
- Any agent found to be canvassing or soliciting potential bidders during the showing periods or at the actual auction will not be permitted to register any clients or receive any commissions.
- Commissions will be paid after closing and after Panhandle Real Estate, Inc. has been paid in full.
