Types of Auctions We Offer

Live Auctions

Live auctions are usually held at the site of the property offered for sale. Bidders may register and receive their bid packets anytime prior to the beginning of the auction sale. Potential buyers will compete in an open bidding process with the current high bid being called out by the auctioneer. The winning bidder will sign a Purchase Agreement immediately following the auction.

Sealed Bid Auctions

Bidders can register and receive their bid packets anytime prior to the deadline for the bids to be submitted. Bid packets will include the Purchase Agreement and all related addendums. All submitted bids will include a Bidder's Deposit. The bids will be opened and presented to the seller at a pre-designated time.

Bid Now Auctions

Bidders can register and bid online anytime prior to the end of the auction. The auction is real time bidding. The winning bidder signs a Purchase Agreement and submit a Bidder's Deposit following the conclusion of the auction. Bid Now properties may also be included in a Live Auction.
